WARRANTY DETAILS:

• Only applies to INFINITE OFFROAD brand products.
• Must be purchased from Infinite Offroad or authorized dealer.
• Giftees must provide the original purchasers information.
• Must have the product still in possession, do not leave product on vehicle or throw away then request warranty.  
• We do not cover lost product or theft.  This is a warranty not insurance.  
• We normally replace the item/part that is defective product only, not the entire kit.  
• Do not un-install the entire kit if you have an issue contact us first.  
• Intentional destruction of good parts / kit by customer to save time from removing or to get a new item/kit is not covered.  
• If the exact item is not available we will offer a newer version if available, If an item isn’t available we will offer a refund.
• You may be contacted to troubleshoot to identify the required replacement part or provide additional pictures, once the defective part is identified we will send the replacement out.  Do not dispose of product prior to warranty replacement.  
• Warranty is non transferrable.  Only applicable to the original purchaser or giftee of new product.  2nd Hand product, found product, used product, product on a vehicle that was purchased used, etc.. is not covered.  We can offer replacement parts at discounted price so if you have an issue with 2nd hand product please contact us.
